International Woman’s Day – Celebrations at the IMO

The IMO are pleased to advise that International Women’s Day will be celebrated at IMO Headquarters on Friday, 7 March 2025 at 2.30 p.m.

The theme for this year’s International Women’s Day is “March Forward: For ALL Women and Girls”.

IMO will host a discussion followed by a Q&A session, in the Main Hall. The Secretary General will open the event, and will be followed by a special keynote speaker, Caroline Criado Perez, who will talk on “Closing the Gender Data Gap for an Inclusive Future”.

Please be advised that this is an in-person event and you are kindly asked to register your attendance here. Coffee will be served in the Delegates Lounge, on the first floor, afterwards.
